Your Role:
The role's key focus is to provide highly professional, friendly and outstanding customer service to all our customers in person in the branch 5 days a week.
You will be the face of the bank working on the branch floor, and delivering a more human customer experience.
There are no essential qualifications required for this role, however, you will be required to obtain the APA status within 24 months of starting in the role.
Demonstrate working effectively as part of a team and the ability to communicate effectively to provide suitable solutions to meet the customer's needs to build strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated and passionate about achieving goals and identifying sales leads and referrals. Have an innovative approach to adapting to customers' needs and the ability to work to service standards.
Working as part of a collaborative and diverse team you will have the opportunity to work closely with our personal and business customers.
This includes assisting in your APA / QFA exams, rewarding you for achieving your professional status, and providing support such as study leave.
