Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Sales Office to achieve targets Coach, develop, and support the sales team to exceed business goals Drive revenue growth in commercial and agri-business sectors Manage performance, identify development needs, and ensure compliance with company procedures What We're Looking For: Proven experience in sales and relationship management Strong leadership and performance management skills Excellent communication, organisational, and coaching abilities Experience and knowledge of Commercial Insurance CIP qualification or relevant degree essential Benefits: Attractive Salary including Performance Bonus, Car and Subsistence Allowance. 21 days annual leave plus 2 extra company days.
