Job Description
Experienced Retail/ Branch Manager sought for a leading company in Blanchardstown, Co. Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the store.
- Oversee business unit budget and operating costs, contributing to budgeting and forecasting for financial planning.
- Manage and control stock levels efficiently and cost-effectively to ensure sufficient and appropriate products are available for customers.
- Deliver exemplary in-store presentation and maximize layout and merchandising techniques to provide excellent availability and well-merchandised shelves/stock.
- Undertake administration work and reporting in a timely manner as required.
- Maintain strict security control and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in retail management with a proven track record in a progressive retail organization.
- Proven success in achieving targets or working to deadlines in a customer and/or sales environment, with experience in managing direct reports and multiple teams.
Working Hours:
- 42.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7.
Annual Leave:
- 23 days annual leave + 2 extra company days for Christmas.
Salary:
- Negotiable.
