Our client, a leading General Insurance Company, is currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead their team based in Tipperary. This role is primarily based onsite and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Sales Office operation to meet performance and sales targets as set out by the company.Along with a competitive package, our client is offering pension, bonus, car allowance, discounted insurance products, and a wide range of other benefits.Your Role:Lead and manage the performance of all Sales Executives, providing the necessary coaching, development, and support to staff.Allocate targets and business segments in alignment with the company’s objectives, ensuring all staff have the opportunity to excel and exceed business targets.Develop and maintain local relationships with key customer groups and associations.Act as a key contributor to the achievement of regional objectives, including sales targets and loss ratios, by actively supporting the Regional Manager.Target customers in commercial and agricultural business sectors, developing prospecting strategies to increase market share and build on success.Develop customer relationships and sales opportunities, continually striving to improve conversion rates and business quality.Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, time and territory management, call activity, conversion rates, follow-up renewals, and referrals.Promote and drive a customer-centric culture, ensuring that customers’ best interests are protected, and all interactions are conducted in a fair, compliant, and professional manner.Requirements:Full clean driving licence.Demonstrated success in sales and relationship management within the Insurance Industry.Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, call activities, conversion rates, follow-up renewals, and referrals.Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness. #J-18808-Ljbffr
