Our client, a leading Credit Union based in Dublin City Centre, are looking to add a Team Leader to their growing team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a can do attitude and an ability to manage a team to achieve their daily goals. Our client are looking for a candidate who is QFA'd or progressing towards this qualification and have at least 2 years experience in Financial Services. The Role; Oversee daily activities of your team Understand the importance of KPIs and complete required reporting to the Operations Manager Analyse, implement & continually improve best practice processes, and come up with suggestions to meet and improve KPIs Provide daily leadership to the team to meet & exceed business targets and customer service Respond to issues in a quick, effective & courteous manner and take appropriate action.
