Clink I Lar is on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to head our Breakfast Team at our busy backpacker’s hostel in the heart of Dublin city!Role Snapshot:The role of the Breakfast Team Leader would include running all operations of the day to day breakfast including ensuring all serving/food areas are clean, opening/closing the breakfast station, assigning tasks to the team and motivating the breakfast team members. The Breakfast Team Leader would also be in charge of ensuring all food handling processes are held under HACCP accordance. At Clink, we are dedicated to delivering a high guest experience, so the ideal candidate would be committed to providing the best for our guests as well as being an inspiration and example for their team.Other duties of the role include stock control, monthly stocktake, ordering supplies, assisting with scheduling and communicating closely with management to be aware of all guest groups and issues that may arise.Some work on the Hostel bar in the afternoon may be needed from time to time, so experience making barista style coffees and bartending would also be an asset. You are flexible to work mornings from a 6am start five days a week, which can include weekends and public holidays.
