Breakfast Team Leader Wanted in Dublin City
Seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to lead the Breakfast Team at a busy backpacker's hostel in the heart of Dublin city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all operations of the day-to-day breakfast, ensuring serving and food areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Assign tasks to the team and motivate breakfast team members.
- Oversee food handling processes under HACCP guidelines.
- Contribute to delivering a high guest experience.
- Perform stock control, monthly stocktake, and ordering supplies.
- Assist with scheduling and communicate with management to address guest needs.
- Occasionally work on the hostel bar, serving barista-style coffees and bartending.
Requirements:
- Passionate about delivering a great guest experience.
- Flexible to work mornings from 6am, five days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, using initiative and working well under pressure and independently.
- Fun, energetic, and open to new challenges.
- Passion for travel and the hospitality industry.
