Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to head our Breakfast Team at our busy hostel in Dublin city.
The role involves running all operations of the day-to-day breakfast service, ensuring serving and food areas are clean, opening and closing the breakfast station, assigning tasks to the team, and motivating team members. The Team Leader will also be responsible for ensuring all food handling processes are held under HACCP accordance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Stock control and monthly stocktake
- Ordering supplies
- Assisting with scheduling
- Communicating closely with management
- Working on the hostel bar in the afternoon, making barista-style coffees and bartending
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering a great guest experience, can put guests' needs first, and has strong people skills. They are flexible to work mornings from 6am start five days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
