Breakfast Team Leader Wanted
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to head our Breakfast Team at our busy hostel in Dublin city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run all operations of the day-to-day breakfast service
- Ensure all serving and food areas are clean
- Assign tasks to the team and motivate team members
- Ensure all food handling processes are held under HACCP accordance
- Stock control and monthly stocktake
- Ordering supplies and assisting with scheduling
- Communicate closely with management to be aware of guest groups and issues
Requirements:
- Passionate about delivering a great guest experience
- Strong people skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible to work mornings from 6am start five days a week, including weekends and public holidays
- Fun, energetic, and open to new challenges
- Passion for travel and the hospitality industry

Full Time Contract:
- Salary: €15.15 per hour
