Faade Manager | Dublin City Centre Our client, a leading tier-1 main contractor with a turnover of c. €600M are currently working on a number of high-density residential and commercial projects and are seeking an experienced, professional Faade Manager for these projects in Dublin City. Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager with daily operations. Coordinate faade elements across subcontract packages and manage interfaces. Plan and schedule the faade construction program. Handle technical submittals, approvals, and BCAR processes. Manage procurement, approval, and testing of faade samples. Ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings. Oversee faade material procurement and logistics coordination. Use BIM or similar tools for quality checks. Compile Safety Files and O&M data for handover. Ensure on-site testing, snagging, and sign-offs are completed. Review and validate faade-related variations. Qualifications Proven experience in managing faade projects. Minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Relevant trade or construction qualification. Strong sub-contractor management skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
