Job Summary: We are hiring a Broker Engagement Manager for a leading insurance company in Ireland (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic accounts to strengthen broker relationships and drive sales growth across the Irish market.
- Identify new opportunities for growth by onboarding new brokers and expanding product lines within existing accounts.
- Develop communications plans to support product launches and enhance customer service delivery to brokers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in broker management with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strategic insight to identify growth opportunities and manage strategic accounts effectively.
- Strong communication skills to create and execute broker communication plans and coordinate events.
