Building Services Engineer Location: Dublin, Ireland Salary: €50K-€60K (DOE) Syntech Recruitment is proud to partner with one of Ireland's leading Mechanical Services companies as they expand their operations. They are seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer with a solid background in mechanical services, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and maintenance, to join this dynamic team. Job Description: Assist in preparing detailed tender documentation using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Possess knowledge of specifications, service drawings, architectural, and structural details; liaise with design teams and coordinate with subcontractors. Communicate with Clients, Designers, and Architects via telephone/email to obtain design details and secure comments/approval of working drawings. The successful candidate must have: A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Building Mechanical Services Industry, specifically in mechanical services such as HVAC, plumbing, and maintenance. A relevant qualification in Building Mechanical Services Engineering is desirable. Proficiency in using and reading AutoCAD. A high level of computer literacy with good working knowledge of various software packages, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines while prioritising effectively. Strong team player skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally. A full, clean Irish driving licence.
