Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement mechanical and electrical building services systems, including HVAC, lighting, water, and fire protection systems.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate building services into construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure systems are installed and operating according to design specifications and safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, drawings, and reports for building services designs and installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building regulations, and environmental sustainability requirements.
• Participate in project planning and budgeting to deliver building services on time and within cost estimates.

Qualifications and Skills:
