Job Description:
- Ensure building services are coordinated with other construction activities.
- Manage specification, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of services.
- Liaise with design teams and coordinate subcontractor activities.
- Manage submission of O & M manuals and other ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Relevant 3rd level qualifications.
- At least three years experience in building contractor or transferable field.
- Experience with relevant IT systems and AutoCAD.
- Ability to work in teams, be organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
