Building Services Manager We are seeking a Building Services Manager to join our team, overseeing M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems on multiple residential projects. Key Responsibilities for Building Services Manager Manage M&E design teams, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Plan and coordinate seamless integration of M&E systems with handover schedules. Advise site teams on M&E processes, system selection, and risk mitigation. Oversee M&E installation across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality execution. Mentor Building Service Engineers to support team development. Provide hands-on guidance to the building services function as needed. Manage M&E system quality from coordination to final commissioning and handover. Supervise M&E subcontractors to meet programme, quality, and performance goals. Contribute to innovation and value engineering of mechanical/electrical systems. Standardize temporary utility systems for improved efficiency. Collaborate with the Utility Coordinator on third-party utility installations. Requirements for Building Services Manager Third-level qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services. 7+ years of relevant project management experience. Strong communication, management, and collaboration skills. Proven ability to identify and manage risk. Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently. Interest in energy management and emerging trends in building services. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on deadlines. Willingness to travel across Dublin with a full driving licence. In-depth understanding of construction processes and principles.
