Role: Building Services Manager Client:Leading residential developer Location: Dublin (Multisite role) Salary: €85k-€90k + Bonus + health insurance + vehicle allowance Project Types:Residential housing + apartments Our client, a is prominent residential developer with a strong commitment to building sustainable communities, is seeking a skilled Building Services Manager to join them on some upcoming projects across the Greater Dublin Area. Responsibilities: Manage multiple M&E design teams, ensuring project requirements are met. Strategically plan the integration of M&E systems in line with handover sequences. Provide direction and risk mitigation support to site construction teams for M&E processes. Oversee and ensure quality execution of M&E installations across multiple projects. Coach and mentor Building Service Engineers for their professional development. Manage and standardise Temporary Electric/Water system designs and coordinate with third-party utility installations. Experience: Third level qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services. 6+ years experience in a similar role / developer or main contractor experience **Must be open to travel between sites within the Dublin area.
