• Excellent customer service skills and ability to offer advice on building materials.
• Strong phone manner and ability to handle sales queries over the phone.
• Target-driven and able to upsell and process orders efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent product knowledge and advice to customers.
• Handle cash and issue sales invoices.
• Process orders and arrange delivery, keeping customers updated on stock and delivery issues.
• Offer alternatives for out-of-stock items and look for opportunities to upsell.
