Job Description:

• Excellent knowledge of building materials and DIY products required.
• Sales experience preferred, but not essential for a tradesperson/builder looking to transition into sales.
• Must be bubbly, enthusiastic, and sales driven with an excellent work ethic.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle cash, issue sales invoices, and process orders.
• Excellent phone manner and ability to deal with sales queries over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent product knowledge and advice to customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Process orders and arrange delivery, keeping customers updated on stock and delivery issues.
• Upsell and offer alternatives for out-of-stock items.
