Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Bus Driver to join our team.
The ideal candidate will safely transport passengers along designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures, while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Passenger Transportation:
Safely operate a bus to transport passengers along scheduled routes, including stops at designated locations.
Route Management:
Follow assigned routes and timetables accurately, ensuring punctuality and reliability for all trips.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
Customer Service:
Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers, assisting with boarding and deboarding, and addressing any questions or concerns.
Fare Collection:
Collect fares or validate tickets/passes from passengers, ensuring accurate transactions and reporting any discrepancies.
Incident Reporting:
Report any accidents, mechanical issues, or incidents to the Transportation Manager promptly.
Complete required documentation as needed.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and well-kept bus interior.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Emergency Response:
Act calmly and effectively in emergency situations, ensuring the safety of passengers and providing necessary assistance.
Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatchers, other drivers, and management regarding route changes, traffic conditions, and any other relevant information.
Qualifications:
Valid D License Up to date CPC and Tachograph Card
