Job Description

Position Description The role is to support to the management team in their general and people management responsibilities to achieve ESB's objective of Net Zero 2040. This position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop/enhance the following skills: In-depth knowledge of ESB's Generation and Trading business. Strong Customer Service orientation. Use of IT applications such as SAP, Excel, Word. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to: Work in accordance with agreed guidelines, policies and procedures. Providing excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. Work as part of a multi-functional team and support all units within the Station. Share knowledge and skills openly with other members of the team. Reporting - support the efficient running of the Business by providing reports. Provide clerical and human resource support to Managers and Supervisors. Work with Generation and Trading HR to support business objectives and managers. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change. Experience and Qualifications Essential Working knowledge of and competency in the use of IT systems such as Microsoft Office. Good communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer focus. Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and appropriate attention to detail. A flexible approach to working. An ability to work as part of a team. Desirable Working knowledge of and competency in the use of, SAP, FMIS, PHR 3rd Level qualification. Business/HR qualification. Business/HR work experience. Full clean driving licence. Location This position will be based in Moneypoint Generation Station, Carrowdotia South Kilimer Co. Clare, V15 R963.
