Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for streamlining operations and a proven track record in the Payments industry? Morgan McKinley is delighted to partner with a leading financial services client to recruit a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract, focusing on transformation projects in the payments space. Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site) Key Responsibilities: Engage with business users to understand processes and challenges Conduct stakeholder analysis and document requirements Analyse client needs and guide business decisions Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio to map processes Requirements: 8+ years' experience as a BA in banking, with strong knowledge of payments (SEPA, CHAPS, SWIFT, etc.) IT background with strong analytical skills Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Degree in Finance, IT, or related field This will initially be a 6-month rolling contract with fantastic rates on offer.
