A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Business Analyst would be: Produce and or validate existing business current state process maps and as part of business requirements gather consensus, design and produce future state process maps. Gather, analyse, define, validate and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders to aid IT in the design and development of technical solutions to meet business needs. Perform root cause analysis of problems, conduct workshops and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into functional requirement specifications Assist the business stakeholders in prioritising business requirements and defining new business processes Validate that all business requirements documented have been addressed in Functional Specification(s). Education and Qualifications: 4 years+ experience in Business Analysis Documentation skills - must be able to create clear, accurate and concise documentation Strong Communication (verbal & written) and Interpersonal Skills Excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively within a team environment Comfortable challenging the ideas of others An in depth understanding of Project Management documentation would be an advantage Travel:3 days a week onsite in Dublin Job Type: Intermediate Schedule: Full-time Skills: business analysis project management documentation stakeholder analysis
