Job Title: Business Analyst Financial Technology contract 6month contract Day rate Hybrid working 3 days onsite in South Dublin About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our client's Risk & Finance Technology team. You will play a key role in capturing and delivering business and system requirements to address complex business challenges within one of the most dynamic areas of one of the worlds largest banks. Working closely with business users and development teams, you will contribute to the design and implementation of best-in-class risk management and finance solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business and system requirements that align with project goals. Work closely with development teams to support the delivery of solutions that meet business needs. Analyse and solve complex business problems in the risk and finance domain. Conduct detailed data analysis and provide insights to drive decision-making. Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The Team: The Risk & Finance Technology team is dedicated to building enterprise-scale solutions that support the banks Risk and Finance divisions. As part of a global team, we utilize a wide range of technologies and are involved in some of the most critical projects within the bank. We are committed to continuous improvement, working in an agile environment, and staying at the forefront of technology by researching and adopting new tools and practices. Core Skills and Qualifications: Required: Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Excel. Solid understanding of financial products, capital markets, and/or banking. Experience with relational databases and SQL. Preferred: - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Familiarity with work management and collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
