Job Description
Business Analyst role in Dublin, working on Next Generation projects in the Payments/Blockchain domain.
Cognizant is a leading provider of global services, with a strong presence in the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) practice.
The role involves managing project processes, gathering requirements, and working with stakeholders to deliver new efficiencies and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reviews of applications and processes with stakeholders.
- Create and analyze requirements for new functionality.
- Provide regular feedback to project stakeholders on progress.
- Participate in project scope definition and prioritization.
- Coordinate document completion with PMO and other partners.
- Adhere to structured management practices and audit standard frameworks.
- Manage release build up and creation of release run book.
- Coordinate weekend release activities.
Experience Required
- Experience in Payment domain and knowledge of Blockchain Technology.
- Experience of writing requirements documentation.
- Experience in cross-border payment processing.
- Knowledge of key applications used across operations teams.
