Do you find it interesting to participate in important strategic change projects while providing insights as our new Business Analyst?We have an exciting opportunity for you to join as a Business Analyst in our IT Strategy & Design department.YOUR TEAM:Working for a pan-European logistics provider specializing in time critical logistics, you will be a part of the IT department responsible for delivering group wide technology services. Working alongside 50 colleagues you will form part of our strategy and design function, where you will work together with 2-3 other BA’s supporting the gathering of business requirements and evolution of our service in multiple technology initiatives.YOUR JOB:As a business analyst, your main responsibility is to analyze, drive, optimize and ensure a continuous high quality supporting the delivery of business requirements. The role involves collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, documenting processes and ensuring that initiative deliverables meet the needs of the business. You will support the process from initial analysis through documentation, working with the development team, through to supporting user testing and final deployment.This journey gives the opportunity to be part of a private equity owned company with clear ambitions to become the leading pan-European time critical service logistics provider. The role comes with great opportunities to develop as a professional and make an impact on shaping the company´s future.More specifically, your responsibilities include:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.Work on IT projects to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.Support user engagement and training.YOUR BENEFITS:Flexibility and Hybrid working possibilities.Lunch arrangement.Health Insurance.Grants/subsidy for sports.YOUR PROFILE:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.You have an open and positive mindset.
