Morgan McKinley are recruiting for a Business Analyst on behalf of one of our key clients. This is a 6 month daily rate contract, with minimal onsite requirements in Cork. Duties & Responsibilities: Assisting the business with project scope documents through reviewing & analysing. Planning, organising and managing the requirements gathering process. Elicit requirements through workshops, process analysis and observation & many more methods. Document agreed requirements on-time, in line with scope & goals of a project to ensure benefits are realised as early as possible. Prioritise requirements based on feasibility and business need, ensure a minimum viable approach is always adhered to. Document/analyse change requests as required by a project. Support development, system testing and user acceptance testing during a project Effectively track & record time spent on projects. Mapping out As-Is processes and creating new To-Be processes . The successful candidate will have: 3-5+ years of experience as a business analyst. Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Information Technology. Background in JIRA and Confluence. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks.
