Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

• Process Mapping: Develop detailed process diagrams and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to support decisionmaking, identify trends, and uncover valuable insights.
• Project Management: Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
• Experience in a specific industry or domain.
• Knowledge of business process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN).
