Business AnalystInitial 6 months contract at €400 - €500 per dayOur clients are looking for a talented Business Analyst to work on a major project with a client in Spain.They must have proficiency in Spanish as well as English and have experience working in the Banking, FinTech, or Payment industries.CompetenciesThe Business Analyst is a self-starter with the ability to think both tactically and strategically in support of the delivery of all transformation and change initiatives.Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and can make the complex simple.A strong customer-centric ethos and an ability to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders.An analytical and methodical problem solver.An advocate for change, using best practice methodologies to support the business and technical teams involved in / impacted by change.Ability to work on a combination of small change initiatives and large-scale projects in parallel and can plan and prioritize time effectively.A collaborative team-player, working with all external and internal teams.Independent and result-driven approach to tasks.Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.Strong customer orientation with excellent client-facing skills.People management skills - introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventions.Teamwork and emotional intelligence.Good self-management - continuous performance is both a goal and a mind-set.Has an innovative approach - a bold thinker and doer, matching creativity with vigilance.High value on openness and transparency.Good experience of business analysis frameworks, value cycles, software development life cycle, business processes management, business requirements, and UAT methodologies.Proficient in both English and Spanish Languages.Experience5 or more years’ experience in Information Technology Project Delivery Analyst or Consultant role.5 or more years’ experience in Banking or Payment industry or another high availability transaction processing industry.Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tooling.Proven strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficient user of MS Office suite or similar.Requirement Analysis, analytical and logical thinking with technical understanding. #J-18808-Ljbffr
