To support and enable exceptional digital experiences for our customers and colleagues, an exciting opportunity has been created to drive performance and evolution of the banks Own A Home offering.


The successful candidate will play a key role in a team dedicated to continuously improving customer and colleague digital journeys, prioritising change via a data-led approach that seeks to iterate toward a market leading proposition.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and run workshops with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of problems and opportunities.
  • Map as-is and to-be processes within the overall OAH journeys.
  • Support the refreshing of prioritization scores for initiatives as they progress through Design and Discovery.
  • Own the development of user stories and requirements, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Support monitoring, reporting and driving the performance of all existing digital journeys within Own a Home.
  • Support identification of readiness activities to ensure colleagues and customers are fully prepared for change initiatives.
  • Establish strong working relationships with third party suppliers.
  • Support the Digital Product Owner by engaging stakeholders to identify opportunities to expand digital journeys.
  • Support the Snr Digital Product Owner to assess value of new and continuous Own a Home Portfolio.
  • Track business design objectives to ensure timely results.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an analyst.
  • Experienced and comfortable in running large workshops and producing outputs such as process maps; user stories; documentation.
  • Experienced in capturing requirements in an agile fashion, producing user stories that are correctly capture the requirements.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to make decisions and manage competing stakeholder requirements.
  • A strong customer needs focused mindset.

This is a permanent position based in Dublin. A hybrid option is available within the Republic of Ireland only.
