Senior Business Analyst sought for a long term daily rate contract in Dublin City centre. Hybrid working options available.
- Document business needs, objectives and functional requirements.
- Create clear use cases and user stories detailing system behaviour from an end-user perspective.
- Develop process maps and workflow diagrams to facilitate understanding and improvement.
- Produce data analysis reports to support informed decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops to work through requirements and decompose them using tools like MoSCoW and Fishbone diagrams.
- Perform business impact analysis to assess proposed changes.
- Assist with project documentation, such as project charters and status reports.
Candidates should have experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps and process modelling tools like Microsoft Visio. A history of bridging technical and non-technical teams is essential. Key skills include:
