Seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in back office payments, specifically Swift and Sepa transactions. Excellent daily rate on offer with an international client. Key Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and analyze business needs for back office payment processes, focusing on Swift and Sepa transactions.
Improve efficiency and accuracy of back office payment systems through innovative solutions.
Document detailed business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
Work with cross-functional teams to successfully implement back office payment solutions.
Perform gap analysis, develop strategies, and bridge process discrepancies.
Integrate Swift and Sepa payment services with external vendors and partners.
Support technical teams during development and testing phases.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and optimize efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend process improvements.
Required Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst specializing in back office payments.
Strong understanding of back office payment processes, including Swift and Sepa.
Expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into specifications.
Proficiency in gap analysis, solution proposal, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Knowledge of Swift and Sepa payment standards and protocols.
Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Education:
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Payments advantageous.
