As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work within a PMO environment, collaborating with business and ICT units to gather and document complex business requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

Business Requirements Documents: Comprehensive documentation of business needs, objectives, and functional requirements

Use Cases and User Stories: Clear use cases and user stories that outline system behaviour from an end-user perspective

Process Maps and Workflow Diagrams: Visual representations of current and proposed business processes to facilitate understanding and improvement

Data Analysis Reports: Reports detailing data findings, trends, and insights to support informed decision-making
-
Workshop Facilitation: Facilitating business and ICT units in workshops to work through requirements

Requirement Decomposition: Utilisation of tools and techniques such as MoSCoW, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams to work with end users to decompose their requirements

Business Impact Analysis: Analysis of how proposed changes will affect the organisation, stakeholders, and processes

Project Documentation: Work with the Project Manager to help complete various project-related documents
Requirements:

Experience: Working with Microsoft Azure DevOps as a requirements management tool

Agile and Waterfall capabilities: In process modelling and the use of collaboration with particular reference to usage of Microsoft Visio and a collaboration tool such as Miro or MS Whiteboard
