Business Analysts see solutions where others see problems, working closely with clients to understand and document requirements, and leading the delivery team to ensure client goals are met. They facilitate workshops, specify business requirements, and work in Agile teams. We look for smart, creative, and communicative individuals with experience in similar roles and a third-level qualification in Technology/Business.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Third-level qualification in Technology/Business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and language skills in English
- Experience facilitating workshops and specifying business requirements
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Proven ability to be flexible and work independently
