**Senior Business Analyst Wanted for Dublin City Centre Role**
Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work within a PMO environment on a long-term daily rate contract. Hybrid working options available.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• **Business Requirements Documentation**: Create comprehensive documentation of business needs, objectives, and functional requirements.
• **Use Cases and User Stories**: Develop clear use cases and user stories outlining system behavior from an end-user perspective.
• **Process Maps and Workflow Diagrams**: Visualize current and proposed business processes to facilitate understanding and improvement.
• **Data Analysis Reports**: Produce reports detailing data findings, trends, and insights to support informed decision-making.
• **Workshop Facilitation**: Facilitate business and ICT units in workshops to work through requirements.
• **Requirement Decomposition**: Utilize tools and techniques such as Mo SCo W, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams to work with end users to decompose their requirements.
• **Business Impact Analysis**: Analyze how proposed changes will affect the organization, stakeholders, and processes.
• **Project Documentation**: Collaborate with the Project Manager to complete project-related documents, such as project charters, scope statements, and status reports.
**Requirements:**
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops as a requirements management tool.
• Both Agile and Waterfall capabilities in process modeling and collaboration using Microsoft Visio and a collaboration tool such as Miro or MS Whiteboard.
• History of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams in highly regulated or governmental organizations.
• Business acumen, including industry trends, organizational goals, and business processes.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ability to assist in project management tasks, such as scope definition and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Skill in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
• Competency in change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions during project implementations.
• Experience in mentoring junior business analysts and leading project teams.
