Business Analyst position in Zurich, Switzerland, for a major Swiss company, requiring fluent German and experience in the Insurance industry.
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing requirements, creating technical specifications, and mapping out business processes in sales systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing requirements and creating technical specifications
- Mapping out business processes in sales systems
- Technical coordination and support during implementation
- Creation of release bulletins and training materials
- Collecting test requirements and creating test cases
- Ensuring testing for the department
- Supporting projects with a focus on requirements analysis and test management
- Being the first point of contact regarding compensation processes for the departments
Requirements:
- Completed degree in computer science and/or economics or an equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years experience in the Business Analysis field and ideally in the Insurance/financial services industry or in provisioning
- T-SQL, UML, and BPMN experience
- Fluent in German; any other national language is an advantage
