Further details on our benefits package can be accessed hereBenefits ( life- ) Role Overview Reporting to the CLRe Project Manager, the business analyst will scope out a major strategic change and operational improvement initiatives throughout the CLRe Dublin office. What you will help us to achieve Quantify the problem we are trying to resolve, providing broad options on the path forward. Leads the overall analysis, scoping, estimating costs for the project. Evaluates current business problems and provides high level suggestions on the applicability and usability of alternative technology products or solutions. Leads conversations in ambiguous situations and influences discussions to guide the business to make decisions/ come to resolution on outstanding items/ issues. Uses industry consulting methodologies to understand business requests / expected outcomes to translate and document them into requirements, prototypes and/or technical solutions. Leads meetings to communicate technical landscape and complexities to all relevant stakeholders. Works with businesses to identify prioritization conflicts and proposes alternative solutions or options. Understands the as-is situation and goals of the business and contributes to roadmap design (processes, applications, systems, new functionality, migration and conversion). What you will need to be successful in the role Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as Sr. BSA/ Functional IT Consultant and providing consulting on information systems and applications. Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally from Executive to Team level. Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships within the team, with stakeholders, external vendors and across the organisation. Proficient user of MS Office 365 tools (such as MS Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms and Lists etc.). Experience in the Financial Services industry an advantage.
