Were looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in payment systems to help drive strategic projects. In this role, youll play a crucial part in developing and optimising SEPA, SWIFT, and Faster Payments solutions, enhancing our customers experience and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for payment solutions, translating business needs into actionable project specifications. Map and analyse payment processes, identifying areas for improvement in speed, compliance, and customer experience. Act as the bridge between business teams, product managers, and technical departments, ensuring alignment on objectives and clear communication. Conduct analysis on trends and regulatory changes, like ISO 20022 and open banking, to ensure our payment offerings stay competitive and compliant. Support the design, testing, and deployment of payment solutions, working closely with Solutions Architects and developers to guide project progress. Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of business analysis experience in payments or banking environments. Proven expertise in SEPA, SWIFT, Faster Payments, and real-time payment systems. Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including tools like JIRA and Confluence. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes for different stakeholders.
