Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding user needs and translating them into actionable requirements, as well as working closely with the development squad to ensure alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements for the squad. - Develop comprehensive use cases, user stories, process flows, and visualisations to support development. - Provide functional insights on how requirements can be implemented and advocate for continuous improvement of the user experience. - Stay 2-3 sprints ahead of the squad to ensure clear definitions of done and readiness for all feature-level deliverables before entering the sprint. - Effectively communicate the product vision to developers and testers to ensure alignment. - Assist in writing UAT scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required. - Document finalised business processes to serve as a reference for development teams and IT support. - Utilise business process improvement techniques to optimise workflows and enhance efficiency. - Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a deep understanding of business processes and ensure the squad's backlog priorities align with broader business needs. - Track key metrics and generate reports to monitor progress and outcomes. - Manage dependencies across squads by collaborating closely with Product Owners, peer Analysts, and the Product Manager. - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including maintaining up-to-date SDLC documentation, system configurations, and other required compliance activities. - Maintain a strong understanding of the IT systems portfolio used by the business, with the potential to specialise in specific applications and develop deep product expertise. - Support and facilitate system demonstrations, including inspect-and-adapt workshops, as needed. - Product/BPM Experience Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology, Economics, or a related field preferred. - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated experience leading and managing complex projects. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present solutions and recommendations to senior management. - Exceptional organisational and decision-making abilities. - Proven track record of leadership and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. - Strong facilitation skills with the ability to collaborate across departments, align diverse teams with different objectives, and drive productive discussions. - Skilled in navigating change and successfully leading teams toward achieving goals. - Excellent planning, prioritisation, and communication abilities.
