Work with the IT team, business stakeholders, and third-party SAAS vendors to plan, design, develop, test, and deploy new or upgraded business applications leveraging cloud-based Microsoft architecture solutions.

Provide project management for business application initiatives including defining project scope, setting timelines, allocating resources, managing risks and issues, and providing regular and effective status reporting.

Ensure the quality, functionality, and security of the business applications.
Report and communicate effectively with the team and management on the progress, status, and outcomes of the projects.

Support Product Ownership for high priority Saa S business applications, including liaising with vendors, understanding and managing product roadmap and lifecycles, and ensuring that the applications meet business requirements and user needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through regular communication, managing expectations, and resolving any issues or conflicts.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in business applications and Saa S products, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technology enablement of business operations.4-5 years of experience as a business analyst.

Knowledge of business processes and workflows, and how to optimize them using technology solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and propose solutions.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver high quality solutions within deadlines with the flexibility needed as part of a small team.

Experience with Microsoft-based solutions is an advantage.
Experience with business applications is an advantage, particularly in a professional services environment.
