MCS Group is thrilled to be partnering alongside an exceptional financial services client as they seek to add a Business Analyst to their team on a contract basis for a minimum of 6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for transformation projects within the payments domain. (Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site - Dublin) Responsibilities: Have high quality engagements with business users to understand business processes and pain points. Identify Key Stakeholders and conduct stakeholder analysis Analyse Client Business Requirements and guide business Document business requirements and process flows using different tools like JIRA, Confluence, Blue Works, Lucid Chart, MS Visio etc Requirements: Strong knowledge and experience in the payments domain is essential, ideally within a retail banking environment (SEPA, CHAPS, BACS, SWIFT etc) 7 years is the minimum commercial experience required as a BA in banking to be considered for the role IT background with a solid grasp on technology in banking. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Capable of setting priorities on their own, adhering to deadlines, and handling changing priorities for client deliverable's. Creative and flexible, both independently and in a team environment. Results-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology or similar Day rate of up to €500 DOE.
