Job Description

We are looking for someone to fill a cross-functional role on our Performance Management team.

The team handles a wide range of topics ranging from managing our CRM tool Salesforce, as well as reporting and project topics.


The Reporting Specialist / Business Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of reporting systems, providing analytical insights through data analysis to support decision-making across the company.

The individual will work closely with various teams to understand their reporting needs and ensure that all reports are accurate, timely, and actionable.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and scorecards using various data reporting tools.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and refine reporting requirements and KPIs.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to extract insights and identify trends that support business decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleanup.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Assist with the implementation of data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Document reporting processes and maintain a library of report templates and documentation.
  • Participate in special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as required by management.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to non-technical audiences.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
1. 2+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.

  • Salesforce experience is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience with data warehousing and data mining is a plus.
