We have a close cooperation with our customers and aim to give them the right support, so that they can utilize our solutions in the best way.Your role will be to handle daily support of our Customers in Service Now, you will handle this with our skilled colleagues in the team. The cases that we handle is sent in by the Mortgage SPOC’s on our customers side, that means that you have to have a debt knowledge about Mortgage and a customer centric mindset.Primary task and responsibilities include:Support to our customers in ServiceNowReporting on supportOptimizing the support processCreating tasks for your development teams based on the errors received from our customersWriting Operational information’sTo succeed you will:Have a comprehensive knowledge about Danish MortgageHave a curious mind with an open nature and desire to knowledge-share with othersBe able to communicate in English (written and spoken)Be customer centricBe a Team playerIt’s nice-to-have:Knowledge and experience with IT developmentBe your best self with BEC’s benefits!We offer a diverse range of benefits for our employees.
