As a highly experienced Business Analyst, you thrive living in the problem/opportunity space and capture business requirements (functional and non-functional). You clearly understand you are NOT the solution person. Requirements gathering expert. Have worked on at least 2 to 4 LARGE projects as a Lead or Senior Business Analyst. Waterfall and Agile, you know when to use each one. Excellent understanding of what makes a good user story. Process modelling approaches. Target Operating Models. Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and relationship building Jira / Confluence / Lucid Charts / MoSCoW / stack ranked backlog Familiarity with change / transformation / fast paced environment Team Coaching, training and performance reviews.
