**Highly Experienced Business Analyst Wanted for Dynamic UK FTTH Company** Seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in Telecommunications, Network Operators, or FTTH to join a pioneering company disrupting the UK FTTH marketplace. **Key Responsibilities:** • Gather business requirements (functional and non-functional) and capture them in a clear and concise manner • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the problem/opportunity space • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions • Develop and maintain process models, target operating models, and user stories • Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget • Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships • Develop and maintain a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance reviews **Requirements:** • 2-4 years of experience as a Lead or Senior Business Analyst in Telecommunications, Network Operators, or FTTH • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Lucid Charts, and other project management tools • Experience with change management, transformation, and stakeholder engagement **Benefits:** • Competitive salary up to €100,000 • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension, life assurance, and income protection • 30 days of paid holiday • Opportunity to work from home with occasional travel to the UK
