Business Decarbonisation Supports Executive Sanderson have partnered up with a semi state company to recruit a Business Decarbonisation Supports Executive to promote the reduction and replacement of fossil fuels. The Business Decarbonisation Supports Executive will support the EXEED Programme Manager in managing the full EXEED grant scheme life cycle. Responsibilities Provide project management, technical, and operational support to the EXEED Programme Manager and Head of Business Supports & Transport. Support programme activities: service delivery, grant management, application/payment processing, client/supplier engagement, and programme evaluation/enhancement. Administer and coordinate EXEED grant schemes, including stakeholder engagement and performance reporting. Review grant applications; provide feedback and support. Develop and deliver educational/training supports, including new content for SEAI's Energy Academy. Manage SEAI and third-party resources. Communicate with and mentor stakeholders; develop content and respond to inquiries. Contribute to programme strategy and policy development. Skills and Experience Required Proactively set and achieve results, managing scope, time, risks, cost, and quality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic thinking and sound judgement. Technical knowledge of renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency. Awareness of sustainable energy policy challenges. Degree (minimum NFQ Level 7) or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Business, or Social Science. At least three year's experience in energy or business-related roles (postgraduate studies included). Strong project management, organizational skills, and business process development knowledge. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Proficient IT skills, including MS Excel.
