We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive revenue growth and expand our analytics-focused consulting services in the tri-state region. Archetype is a leading provider of business intelligence and analytics consulting services, and we are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the region. You will work closely with our subject matter experts and Analytics Practice Lead to develop new accounts and expand existing ones. **Key Responsibilities:** • Develop and execute a strategic sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the region • Generate new sales opportunities through demand generation and lead qualification • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and strategic software partners • Utilize a solution selling approach to identify and communicate value propositions associated with Archetype offerings • Collaborate with Archetype Marketing to design and implement integrated outbound campaigns • Lead cross-departmental project bid teams to drive project proposals • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management **Requirements:** • 10+ years of experience in selling professional services Business Intelligence/Analytics consulting • Experience with enterprise cloud economics and understanding of enterprise data management concepts • Proven ability to sell to executive-level prospects • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to cultivate partnerships with key analytics software vendors • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce • Demonstrated skills with MS productivity applications such as PowerPoint, Word, etc. **Benefits:** • Competitive base salary and commissions based on bookings and revenue performance • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance • Participation in our company matched 401k plan
