They are part of a worldwide network of design studios across Ireland and UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Base Growth:
- Analyse client data and trends to inform commercial decisions and strategy.
- Identify and target new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.
- Marketing Strategy & Implementation:
- Implement central marketing campaigns to grow existing customer spend and satisfaction and reach new audiences.
- Create and implement effective localised marketing campaigns.
- Business Development & Networking:
- Achieve KPIs related to business growth, sales generation and customer satisfaction.
- Explore and develop partnerships with other businesses to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
- Consultative Sales & Client Relationships:
- Engage in consultative selling, working closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with clients to ensure their marketing and business objectives are met.
- Lead sales processes including lead generation, pipeline management, and the identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- A driven and motivated self-starter.
- Possess a keen interest in business operations, commercials and client relations.
- Excited about identifying the drivers behind successful businesses and implementing those.
- Great at managing multiple projects across different stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in sales including lead generation, reseller tools, pipeline management and maximising on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- A background/knowledge in design of digital and/or traditional marketing campaigns and strategies would be advantageous.
