**Business Development Executive** **Grow a design studio's business in Dublin, creating and implementing marketing and customer experience strategies to reach new audiences and develop new customers.** Our client is a design studio serving local businesses in Dublin, creating digital and traditional marketing campaigns for businesses across all sectors. They are part of a worldwide network of design studios across Ireland and UK. **Key Responsibilities:** * Utilise company software to analyse client data and trends, informing commercial decisions and strategy. * Identify and target new market opportunities and potential clients. * Foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client loyalty. * Implement central marketing campaigns to grow existing customer spend and satisfaction and reach new audiences. * Achieve KPIs related to business growth, sales generation and customer satisfaction. * Engage in consultative selling, working closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. * Build strong, consultative relationships with clients to ensure their marketing and business objectives are met. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. **Required Skills & Attributes:** * A driven and motivated self-starter. * Possess a keen interest in business operations, commercials and client relations. * Excellent communication and people management skills. * Demonstrable experience in sales including lead generation, reseller tools, pipeline management and maximising on upsell and cross-sell opportunities. * A background/knowledge in design of digital and/or traditional marketing campaigns and strategies would be advantageous. **Prior Experience:** * Sales, Business Development, Design/Marketing, Account Management or within a Social Media Agency.
