Morgan McKinley is recruiting for an ambitious and highly skilled professional who thrives in a fast paced environment. In this role, you will be key player in the expansion of business in the East Coast regions & will help identify and develop new markets through B2B sales. Your focus will be on managing both existing and new client relationships, with a particular emphasis on expanding our customer base within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Engineering industries. Our client is a leading multinational packaging company, who are headquartered in Co. Cork. As part of this role you will spend time meeting a variety of different clients & site visits. You will also work as part of their wider team onsite in our state of the art facilities. Key Responsibilities: Identify, attract, and develop new business accounts, focusing on packaging and testing solutions. Cultivate and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and increased business. Leverage existing leads and contacts within the designated territory to generate new opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets. Proactively market and enhance the global brand presence. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to management on sales activities. Ideal Candidate Will Have: 5+ years of experience in packaging or a related field. Knowledge of packaging/testing sales within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries (Preferably) Proven track record in sales, lead generation and business development. Full Clean Driving License. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of our products and testing services. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Adaptability to shifting priorities and market conditions.
