Business Development Executive Dublin 2

€35 50k depending on experience + bens Permanent

Our client is a digital design studio based in the city and seeking a Business Development Executive.

As Business Development Executive, you will take responsibility for the growth of the clients Dublin customer base and commercials.

You will create and implement marketing and customer experience strategies to grow existing customer satisfaction and spend, as well as reaching new audiences.

Our proprietary software system will allow you to dive into the data behind the studio; informing your planning with client spend, trends and business commercials.

Our creative studio specialises in establishing consultative relationships with businesses; we work with our clients to create the strategy, design and product to achieve their marketing and business goals.

We specialise in offering a full-suite of branding and marketing, each campaign is informed by the close working relationships we build with our clients; enabling us to make informed decisions together on the best route to reach their objectives within their brand style and goals.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Customer Base Growth: Utilise our software to analyse client data and trends, informing commercial decisions and strategy.
  • Identify and target new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.

Marketing Strategy & Implementation

  • Implement central marketing campaigns to grow existing customer spend and satisfaction and reach new audiences.
  • Create and implement effective localised marketing campaigns.

Business Development & Networking

  • KPIs related to business growth, sales gen and customer satisfaction.
  • Explore and develop partnerships with other businesses to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.

Consultative Sales & Client Relationships

  • Engage in consultative selling, working closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with clients to ensure their marketing and business objectives are met.
  • Lead sales processes including lead generation, pipeline management, and the identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a keen interest in business operations, commercials and client relations.
  • Candidate must be excited about identifying the drivers behind successful businesses and implementing those.
  • Demonstrable understanding of sales processes (lead generation, reseller tools, pipeline management and maximising on upsell and cross-sell opportunities).
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
